Sex tape star Kim Kardashian is baring all in the December issue of Playboy magazine because she is fed up of being perceived as ’slutty.’

The E! reality starlet, and former Paris Hilton best pal, appears in a spread donning nothing but a pink negligee, pearls and an ornate necklace.
