The final and last game was played yesterday between India Vs Australia in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, dated 17 OCT 2007 where Australia won the toss and elected to bat first but they only scored 193 off 41.3 over all-out.

This is the worst game played by Australia in the whole series. They really got weak in yesterday’s match. All the batsmen except Captain RT Ponting batted badly. They gave a small target of 194 to India which was easy to make a win but the bowlers of Australia fought back for the pride of the team, and they did well.

But unfortunately and luckily India won the match dramatically. Even India’s batsmen started the game badly. They were only on 64 off 6 wickets but the ending batsmen struggled for the win and proved that even they can bat well and chased the target and won the match against Australia.

Though India won this match, they didn’t win the series because Australia is the winner of the series with 4-2 score. They won the 4 matches against India and India only won the 2 match against Australia in this series.

Murali Kartik was the man of the match for his great 6 wickets in the last game and Andrew Symond was declared the man of the series. Australia wins this Future Cup Series.

Now India and Australia will face each other in upcoming Twenty – Twenty match.
